At Intermark Media, we encourage an open, informal flow of communications, both inside and outside of formal reporting relationships. Our Town Hall Meeting is an open forum and provides a perfect opportunity for our Chief Operating Officer to meet with employees and to answer their questions regarding any subject whether it be regarding company polices, work procedures, and even what items are in our vending machines.
Involved, knowledgeable, "hands-on" management is a desirable style. Our leaders regularly spend time talking to and visiting employees to get first-hand insights from them. We communicate with each employee and have successful recognition programs to acknowledge exemplary performance.

Community Involvement At Intermark Media we believe in giving back to the community. Intermark Media has a Charity Committee chaired by our Chief People Person with employee volunteers making up the rest of the committee. Some of the charities that have been assisted this year are the EAC (Education Action Committee) Meals on Wheels Program, The Foundation for Missing and Exploited Children, Tuesdays Children (benefits the children of 9/11 victims), Long Island Blood Services and Toys for Tots. Additionally, the company provides a matching contribution of 50% for all monies raised and/or contributed by employees.
